Strategy and Objectives
A Human-Centered Approach, Grounded in Field Data
The National Agency for Social Support aims to make Direct Social Assistance a driver of social inclusion and economic empowerment, in line with the Royal Vision for a fairer and more united Morocco.
In this perspective, and in coherence with the current legislative and regulatory framework, ANSS began, from its inception, a foundational phase focused on operational implementation, progressive adjustment, and continuous improvement of social assistance programs and the tools mobilized for their execution.
During its first year of activity, the Agency initiated the transfer of the technical management of the Direct Social Assistance system, which had been temporarily entrusted to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) and the National Pension and Insurance Fund (CNRA), with the aim of ensuring integrated management by 2026.
It is also deploying a roadmap centered on a detailed understanding of beneficiary profiles and their needs, as well as on the development of tailored support mechanisms, adapted to their life paths, to foster their transition toward autonomy.
