To be eligible for direct social assistance — whether monthly, flat-rate, or exceptional — families and households must meet all of the following conditions:

• All their members must be Moroccan nationals and residing in Morocco.

• They must be registered in the National Population Registry (RNP) and in the Unified Social Registry (RSU).

• The household’s socio-economic index, calculated on the website rsu.ma, must be less than or equal to the eligibility threshold set at 9.743001 under the ASD Scheme.
