  • Program Management: Oversight of direct social assistance schemes and any other social support programs entrusted to it by law or contract.

  • Monitoring Achievements: Production of statistical data on the assistance system and beneficiary profiles, along with the preparation of periodic reports on the management of direct social assistance.

  • Control and Evaluation: Development of tools for monitoring, oversight, indicator analysis, and results evaluation.

  • Advisory and Continuous Improvement: Formulation of recommendations aimed at optimizing the management and performance of direct social assistance programs.

  • Partnership Development: Establishment of agreements with national and international institutions to strengthen the impact of direct social assistance programs.
